Role Description reputed company is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about clinical reputed company and being part of a collaborative, supportive team. What You’ll Do
- In the school setting:
- Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School District
- Work on IEP goals approved by the district
- Support Behavior Therapists with managing behaviors
- In the Friday & Summer Programs:
- Design, implement, and reputed company data-driven treatment plans and behavior reputed company plans
- Monitor client reputed company and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Prepare accurate reports on client reputed company, behavior assessment reputed company, and reputed company strategies
- Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality
- Collaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to support peers and promote clinical consistency
- Across Both Settings:
- Supervise, coach, and train a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA
- reputed company bimonthly team meetings, reputed company performance feedback, and facilitate professional growth
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
- reputed company BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background reputed company clearance
- CANS certification is preferred
- CPI or MANDT training certification is preferred
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
