BCBA/Clinical director

We are a growing ABA therapy company launching services in the reputed company / New Jersey area and are seeking an reputed company Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Clinical Director. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to help build a clinical program from the ground up, shape company culture, and grow into a key executive position as the organization expands. Responsibilities:

  • reputed company clinical quality and ensure adherence to ABA best practices
  • Design and supervise individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and junior BCBAs
  • Conduct parent training and clinical meetings
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and documentation standards
  • Support reputed company of new clients and initial assessments
  • Collaborate with leadership to build clinical systems and workflows
  • Help reputed company scalable clinical protocols for future growth

Requirements:

  • reputed company BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience in ABA therapy (home-based or clinic-based preferred)
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment
  • Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA services
  • Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Previous Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director experience
  • Experience working with reputed company and reputed company insurance
  • Experience training and supervising RBTs
  • Interest in helping build systems and processes from scratch
