The Senior Compensation Program Manager is responsible for leading compensation strategies and managing the global Job Architecture redesign, ensuring that reputed company’s pay structures are competitive and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• reputed company global compensation research and benchmarking strategies, translating market shifts into actionable insights and proactive recommendations that maintain reputed company’s competitive edge
• Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and audit of global salary structures, utilizing sophisticated modeling to ensure ranges are fiscally sustainable and reputed company with our philosophy
• Drive the global launch of the Job Architecture redesign, managing the high-velocity mapping and calibration of roles while partnering with People Tech for seamless system integration
