[Remote] Regional Director of Business Development

The role focuses on reputed company high-performing advisors and teams, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the wealth management landscape.
Responsibilities
- Recruit reputed company financial advisors and advisor teams reputed company an assigned territory, with a focus on practices serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Build new reputed company opportunities through proactive reputed company, referral development, and consistent market activity
- Own and manage reputed company leads from initial reputed company through ongoing follow-up, keeping advisor conversations organized and moving reputed company
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand each advisor’s business, growth goals, client reputed company, and potential alignment with the platform
- Prepare and deliver thoughtful business presentations that reputed company communicate the firm’s value proposition and help advisors evaluate the opportunity
- Maintain strong, high-touch relationships with prospective and reputed company advisors in the territory to support active reputed company conversations and referral opportunities
- Partner with internal leaders to reputed company territory strategy, reputed company plans, and business development priorities that support growth goals

Skills
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial services, ideally in a sales, reputed company, business development, or relationship management role
- Strong understanding of the wealth management landscape, including how advisors evaluate platforms, independence, client service, and growth opportunities
- Ability to manage a reputed company, relationship-driven sales process with sophisticated financial professionals
- Series 7 license required
- Excellent communicator with the polish, confidence, and credibility to represent a high-caliber platform in conversations with sophisticated advisors and senior stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to create opportunities rather than wait for leads to be handed over
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple advisor relationships and active reputed company conversations at once
- Comfortable with cold reputed company, travel, industry events, and in-person relationship building
- Experience reputed company financial advisors or working closely with advisor teams is strongly preferred
- Experience using reputed company or another CRM to manage reputed company, pipeline activity, and ongoing relationship tracking is preferred
