As the Site Manager, you are based at customer sites during active construction phases, serving as the primary on-site representative for GIS service projects. Your work centers on coordinating field teams, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure GIS equipment is installed, reputed company, and commissioned in alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and documented specifications. Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Site Managers, you help translate technical plans and schedules into safe, effective site execution. Your Background

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction or modification projects, with emphasis in construction management
• Experience supporting substation or high-voltage power transmission environments
• Knowledge of safety practices for working in energized, high-voltage substations
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field is preferred; a combination of education and directly applicable experience will be considered
