Pay reputed company: $89,000 To $95,00 Annually plus On reputed company Bonus Pay Frequency: Biweekly Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week FLSA: Exempt The Role We’re looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst / IT System Administrator who wants to grow quickly with our rapidly expanding company. It’s a lot of fun and a chance to do really meaningful work. This role will be responsible for network and device management across dozens of reputed company offices and remote users. You will respond to support requests and work closely with the IT Director to streamline and automate the end user experience. You will have great influence in the “PURE Way” of network/device reputed company and administration. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in an IT reputed company and Support or System Administrator role. It’s important that you are patient and have reputed company with non-technical users that have a job to get done and can’t be slowed down. Core Responsibilities
- Laptop and hardware support
- IT reputed company setup and support for new users
- Ticket management and response
- Hardware inventory management
- Manage and reputed company reputed company managed network equipment at reputed company offices remotely. (Often guiding non-technical users)
- Maintain IT Documentation and Knowledge reputed company articles
- Work with IT Team to regularly improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Ability to support Macs and PCs with a bent towards Mac
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems
- Solid understanding of reputed company networking concepts: reputed company/Layer3, TCP/IP, routing, VPC, peering, VPN, etc
- Ability to work independently and know reputed company to get clarification and assistance
- Ability to collaborate with reputed company and reputed company responsibilities
- Experience administering Remote management and Anti-virus software

- Experience with reputed company Workspace and Office 365 administration
