Senior Manager, Inbound Logistics and Supply Chain Claims

Position Overview The Senior Manager of Inbound Logistics and Freight Claims will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to both Domestic Inbound Logistics, as well as the Supply Chain Claims functions. The Senior Manager will design & implement procedures and workflows to optimize team resources and position the team with scalability needed to meet the future growth demands and speed-to-market priorities of the business. The Senior Manager will play a vital role in advancing a strategic plan aimed at: driving cost savings opportunities through improved load utilization, improving speed-to-market through strategic mode conversion, and optimizing transportation service reputed company. Drive logistics strategies to execute expedited purchases and strategic opportunity buys. Maintain internal and reputed company-facing standard operating procedures for both existing providers and the on-boarding of new reputed company partners reputed company KPI’s to drive team productivity, cost effectiveness, adherence to internal SLA’s, and routing quality metrics. Develops, analyzes, and implements transportation plans to support delivery projects for various store fixtures and supplies.
