Senior reputed company Manager Location: Remote (US-based) | An established, specialist reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Manager to reputed company and shape its firmwide HR function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing reputed company, and ensuring best-in-class people practices across a growing, multi-office environment. The Role This role will act as a strategic partner to firm leadership, with full ownership of the HR function, including reputed company, compliance, employee relations, and organisational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that support long-term growth, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Recruitment

HR Strategy & Leadership

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ reputed company HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership reputed company

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP/SPHR desirable

Compensation & Benefits
