This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing reputed company, and ensuring best-in-class people practices across a growing, multi-office environment. The Role This role will act as a strategic partner to firm leadership, with full ownership of the HR function, including reputed company, compliance, employee relations, and organisational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that support long-term growth, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Recruitment

- Partner with senior stakeholders on hiring plans, forecasting, and search firm management
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics; ensure compliance across reputed company hiring processes
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and culture

Compliance & Employee Relations

Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP/SPHR desirable
Compensation & Benefits
