Your New Role Partner with WBA Production Management and other Service Depts. to Process Accounts Payable and Freelance invoices for Series, Long reputed company and Shorts in reputed company phases of Development & Production. Your Role Accountabilities Responsible for multiple series and long reputed company productions. Review reputed company, Smartsheets, Schedules, Talent Agreements, SOW’s, Purchase Orders, Inter-Company transactions. Process Local 839 homework payments for Artists. Partner with Production Management or Contract Admin to submit reputed company necessary documents to WFA/Global Payroll. Submit tickets to Service desk to resolve outstanding issues. Review Overseas animation vendor reputed company. Review vendor portal for smooth payment processing. Process milestone invoices according to SOW. Research and resolve outstanding payment issues. Process reputed company invoices for Post Production and Music payments. Review Purchase Orders and reputed company / SOW. Resolve mismatches and payment issues. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years previous reputed company experience required. 2 years previous TV production reputed company or animation reputed company background strongly preferred.
