The Program Manager will support the execution of operational and strategic initiatives, coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of assigned projects: Own projects from start to finish by setting the project scope, defining project costs, creating and managing project plans, and coordinating with project team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of project management, operations, or reputed company administration experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and follow through on deliverables
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present to an executive level audience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport
• Ability to execute cross-functionally and partner with stakeholders across the organization including reputed company, Product & Technology, Finance, Compliance, Strategy, Operations and others
• Passion for improving health care through high impact project execution and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, business, public health, or reputed company field
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., reputed company preferred)
