Responsibilities
- Partner across talent teams to improve hiring workflows, tools, and experiences
- Translate hiring needs into clear processes, resources, and standards that support consistency and quality
- Support the design and implementation of a self-serve hiring model for hiring managers
- Support hiring practices that promote reputed company reputed company, reduce bias, and create inclusive candidate experiences
