- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies and reputed company market insights.
- Recruit primarily for Account Executive positions focused on selling technology solutions into physician group practices, ambulatory care organizations, and community or regional reputed company systems.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
- Drive stakeholder communication, reputed company regular reputed company updates, and influence hiring reputed company through data and market expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, People Operations, and interview teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with significant experience supporting sales hiring.
