The Opportunity: reputed company is seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as System Administrator 3 - Tier 2 on the Remote Desktop Team in Annapolis reputed company, MD Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
• May coach and reputed company guidance to less-reputed company professionals
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provides remote support reputed company through desktop mirroring and other remote reputed company applications for worldwide sites
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of reputed company infrastructure

Qualifications: Required:

• Must have a reputed company and active (no waiver) TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
• HS or GED and 20 years
• Bachelor's Degree and 15 years
• Excellent System Hardware Skills
• Remote Assistance experience
• Excellent Remote Desktop qualifications and experience
• DoD 8570 IA Type certification
• IAT Level 1
• DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements:
