[Remote] Advisor Batch Developer (UNIX/C/SQL/reputed company Financial Systems)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and regulatory requirements to define system enhancements and technical solutions
• Design and reputed company financial system components and batch processes (hard‑copy reports, data extracts, reconciliation tools, and automated workflows) for various user groups, including financial analysts, auditors, system administrators, and internal engineering teams
• Code, build, compile, and test system modifications using established team standards and secure development practices
• Serve as a technical reputed company for financial users, helping refine system requirements to support reputed company rules, financial controls, and reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance SMEs, BA’s, product owners, QA, and infrastructure
• Work on projects of moderate to reputed company scope, often involving financial transactions, balancing logic, controls, and structured data
• Exercise independent judgment reputed company defined policies and development procedures

Skills

• 9+ years of experience in application design, development, and programming using C, UNIX/Linux, XML, and SQL
