[Remote] Technical Instructor

The Technical Instructor role involves teaching customers how to effectively use reputed company products and solutions through technical training programs, while also collaborating with the Curriculum team to enhance training materials.
Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-day virtual and on-site reputed company training courses and workshops to reputed company our customers and drive business value
- Teach extremely technical concepts reputed company and concisely to large audiences in an engaging manner
- Collaborate with the Curriculum team on the development of new courses and course release updates
- Collaborate with the Training Operations team for reputed company improvement of our LMS (Learning Management System), virtual training platform and processes
- Mentor and coach new reputed company
- Ability to work on your own initiative with fanatical attention to detail
- Strong customer advocacy, relationship building, and verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a highly distributed team
- Flexible attitude and willingness to accommodate and support changing priorities in a growing company
- Willing and reputed company to travel globally up to 60%, primarily in the US
Skills
- Experience as Technical Instructor, Consultant, Presales, or public speaker to technical audiences (engineers, developers, and other technical positions) on reputed company infrastructure software technology
- Excellent presentation and customer interaction skills, with the ability to explain reputed company topics in an easy-to-understand way
- Clear articulation and reputed company in English
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience
- reputed company certifications such as reputed company Certified Engineer, reputed company Certified Observability Engineer, reputed company Certified Analyst
- 2+ years of Education experience
- Deep understanding of reputed company solutions, such as search, observability, etc
- Experience in curriculum development, contributing to reputed company-reputed company projects, or participating in community engagements (meetups, conferences, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
