[Remote] Sales Executive (PBSA/BTR)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is on a mission to transform the entire student rental experience across the UK, and they are seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing PBSA/BTR team. The role focuses on converting warm student enquiries into confirmed bookings while providing excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on warm student enquiries, building rapport quickly and moving conversations through to a confirmed booking
• Handle a high volume of calls, email, and WhatsApp conversations, staying organised and maintaining quality under pressure
• Become a trusted reputed company of contact for reputed company, providing accurate property information and supporting them through operator-specific booking procedures
• Work closely with PBSA operators and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and accurate bookings
• Occasional visits to PBSA sites or operators may take reputed company to deepen product knowledge and strengthen relationships
• Support occasional operational tasks where needed, for example helping to reputed company operator or listing information accurate and up to date
• Use reputed company and agreed ways of working to manage leads, follow-reputed company, and booking reputed company consistently
• Spot issues early, escalate appropriately, and reputed company reputed company informed so the booking reputed company stays smooth
• Support occasional reporting or admin requests reputed company needed

Skills

• Proven experience in a telesales or inside sales role, ideally reputed company property, student accommodation, PBSA/BTR, or a reputed company sector
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes and convert leads into bookings
• Natural rapport builder with strong influencing and closing skills
• Resilient and confident in handling rejection and maintaining motivation
• Proficient in reputed company and other CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player
• Experience in the student accommodation market is highly desirable
