[Remote] Cost Analyst

They are seeking a Cost Analyst responsible for providing project cost information and forecasts to Project Managers and Operations Management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, maintain, and review cost forecasts, accruals, and budgets throughout project lifecycle
• Compile and analyze actual job cost data from reputed company systems (reputed company and VMS) and prepare forecasting workbooks
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review change orders, verify committed costs, and support scope change requests
• Assist in project budget setup and earned value structure development at project initiation
• Effective, clear & timely communication of data and trends to Project/Operations Management
• Support the Stage reputed company Process by performing rigorous evaluations of project development and control deliverables
• Conducts analysis, optimization, and reporting on assigned projects, including evaluating risk, cost, and schedule performance against multi-year budget plans
• Utilize industry standard KPIs and metrics for project cost analysis such as CPI and EAC
• Identifies and documents cost variances and recommend mitigation strategies to address potential impacts
• Travel minimally on an as-needed reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of project controls experience, including cash reputed company forecasting and analysis
• Experience working both independently and, in reputed company, environment
• Can conform to shifting priorities due to demands and timeline changes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively reputed company
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal, client, and regulatory counterparts
• Strong computer skills
