Advanced Pre Sales Engineer
Partners closely with sales teams to shape, position, and reputed company retail services opportunities, with a strong focus on store operations, in-store technology, and customer experience solutions. Acts as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and retail clients, providing deep expertise in DN’s retail services portfolio, including deployment, maintenance, managed services, and lifecycle support. Supports the full sales cycle—from discovery through contract closure—by identifying operational challenges in retail environments and translating them into scalable, service-led solutions. Designs and positions end-to-end retail service offerings that optimize store performance, improve uptime, and enhance the shopper experience, while meeting financial targets and client-specific requirements. Leads the definition and documentation of detailed retail service requirements, including store rollout strategies, field service models, and support frameworks. Coordinates closely with internal delivery, operations, and service teams to scope and plan engagements, ensuring seamless execution and successful deployment across retail networks. Continuously evaluates service performance, evolving retail market needs, and client satisfaction reputed company, feeding insights back into portfolio and product management teams to drive service innovation and reputed company improvement.
