Manager, Engineering - Creative Systems

The team owns three connected platform areas: our Digital Asset Management (DAM) and creative production tooling; our marketing and creative automation platforms (campaign setup, personalization, dynamic creative delivery); and our CMS / content platform. These systems sit at the intersection of Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Ecommerce, and they directly influence speed-to-market, content quality, and conversion. How do you fit in? This is first and foremost a people leadership role — career development, performance, and day-to-day support of your engineers and QA partners — combined with ownership of the reputed company’s delivery rhythm (standups, ceremonies, planning, stakeholder alignment, and on-time, high-quality delivery). What you can bring: 3–7 years of software engineering experience and 3+ years as an EM or team reputed company; Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
