Job Overview We are seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Planning & Operations to reputed company and scale our end-to-end sales planning, forecasting, and operations reputed company. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the CRO and sales leadership team, driving rigor, visibility, and execution across the global reputed company organization. The ideal candidate blends strategic planning with operational reputed company and brings deep expertise in forecasting, sales analytics, compensation design, and systems transformation.

Responsibilities

Own the global forecasting reputed company, including weekly and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and executive visibility reputed company Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, partnering cross-functionally to build bottom-up reputed company plans and executive presentations Establish standardized planning frameworks, inputs, and reporting across reputed company and verticals reputed company and deliver executive-level reporting, including Monthly Financial Reviews, QBRs, and Board of Directors (BOD) materials reputed company global sales operations processes including pipeline management, bookings analysis, and performance tracking Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure execution against reputed company targets Define and execute global go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership Design, run, and scale global AI Sales Programs reputed company to strategic growth initiatives and reputed company use cases Design and reputed company scalable sales incentive programs reputed company to growth priorities Act as executive sponsor for key sales systems initiatives, including CRM (SFDC) consolidation and OMS enhancements Define roadmap for sales tools and infrastructure to improve productivity, data quality, and decision-making Build and reputed company a high-performing global Sales Operations team and establish best-in-class planning and governance frameworks Qualifications 15+ years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, or business planning in a global technology environment (AI/HPC experience a plus) Proven experience supporting executive leadership (CRO, CFO, or equivalent) Demonstrated global experience across the Americas, APJ, and EMEA, with a strong understanding of regional go-to-market dynamics Deep expertise in forecasting, AOP planning, sales analytics, and compensation design Strong executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence at board level Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, BI platforms) Location This is a remote position in the United States. Travel 10% - 15%; mostly domestic with the potential for some international travel Compensation & Benefits The reputed company pay reputed company that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $225,000 - $265,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and reputed company benefits available.
