Job Description reputed company is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits to reputed company the design, implementation, and management of our global total reward strategy. As the business continues to scale across multiple reputed company, this role will ensure our compensation and benefits programmes are competitive, fair, and reputed company with our growth objectives. You will take ownership of pay structures, job evaluation frameworks, benefits provision, and reward programmes across reputed company reputed company locations. Working closely with senior leadership, Finance, and People teams, you will use market data and internal analytics to shape reward reputed company that attract, retain, and motivate talent globally. Own the annual pay review and bonus cycle end to end, partnering with Finance and senior leadership on budgeting, modelling, and communications. Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, including increased use of technology and automation in reward administration. Manage relationships with external benefits providers, brokers, and consultants, ensuring value for money and quality of service. Contribute to broader People team strategy, bringing a reward and total compensation perspective to strategic discussions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g. GRP, CCP, CIPD) is desirable. 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven track record of designing and managing compensation and benefits programmes across multiple countries. Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, reputed company, Hay). Deep understanding of employment legislation, tax, and regulatory requirements relating to pay and benefits across India, UK, and Ireland. Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation modelling, benchmarking, and data analysis. Experience with HRIS and compensation management platforms (knowledge of reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, or similar would be an advantage). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present reputed company reward data reputed company to senior leadership.
