Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team and help shape the user experience of the mysdworx app. This is a mobile-first role, with the majority of your time focused on designing and refining reputed company app experiences. Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Design Design engaging and user-friendly experiences for the mysdworx app. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-reputed company, interactive prototypes. Translate reputed company HR processes into clear, reputed company mobile experiences. Design solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives. UI Design & Visual Craft Create polished, visually engaging interfaces with strong attention to detail. Explore and communicate design concepts through high-quality visual design and prototyping. User-Centered Design Use research insights, user feedback, analytics, usability findings to inform design reputed company. Participate in: design reviews, testing sessions, iterative improvements. Continuously refine designs based on user and stakeholder feedback. Collaboration Collaborate with teams across the wider product ecosystem reputed company required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding mobile app UI design and user experience work. Proven experience designing reputed company mobile applications for iOS and Android. Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography,hierarchy,spacing, colour and component design. Strong proficiency in reputed company and experience working with established design systems. Experience creating: high-fidelity designs, prototypes, design specifications. Ability to balance creativity with practical product requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary design team. Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
