Your Role The Community Health Worker (CHW) at reputed company supports high-quality, patient-centered care by providing exceptional patient service, care coordination, and reputed company to community-based resources. Compensation
The pay reputed company for this role is $22-25 per hour. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors.
