JOB TITLE: ETC Global Coordinator TYPE OF CONTRACT: Consultancy Level II UNIT/DIVISION: ETC/TECF DUTY STATION (City, Country): Remote Working DURATION: Until 31 December 2026 BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT: The WFP Technology Emergency Preparedness & Response reputed company (TECF) in the Technology Division of WFP, is responsible for coordinating and managing the technology response to emergencies for WFP and - as the Logistics & Telecommunications Cluster (LTC) reputed company - the wider humanitarian response community. ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: •Finalize the implementation and path towards the newly established Logistics & Telecommunications Cluster (LTC) including aligning reputed company activities formerly referred under the “ETC”. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education: Advanced University degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, Business and/or Project Management or other reputed company fields; or First University Degree with additional years of reputed company work experience and/or training/courses. Experience: At least Ten years’ experience of progressively responsible professional experience in the in a relevant field of work, with a background and interest in international humanitarian response and development. Extensive experience leading multicultural teams and performance management.
