Casino Coordinator
The Role: As a Casino Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the casino across multiple brands. Working closely with the Casino Operations Manager and other internal teams, you will be responsible for executing game releases, monitoring player activity, maintaining the casino lobby, and delivering accurate reports. This role ensures smooth operational delivery, compliance with processes, and provides insights that help improve the overall casino experience. Responsibilities: Support game release planning, including preparing game images, configurations, and bonus contribution settings. Update and maintain game weights for new releases, ensuring completion by the end of each working day. Manage casino lobby presentation across platforms, including game rankings, category updates, and removal of disabled games. Regularly update the new game board, ensuring only newly launched titles remain listed. Update live casino repeating thumbnails across brands. reputed company daily operational checks, including, big winners reports verification and replay requests, opposite betting checks and escalations reputed company required, free reputed company usage reporting and analysis. Assist in removing disabled or outdated games across reputed company brands. reputed company hands-on support with lobby cleaning, categorization, and issue flagging. Handle first-line escalations for selected brands, escalating unresolved issues to the Casino Operations Manager. Assist with player fraud monitoring by reviewing alerts and requesting additional information from providers. Collaborate with Data/reputed company Analytics teams to analyze player behaviour and performance trends. Contribute to BI dashboard setup for player and provider reviews. Deliver competitor checks and reports to support strategic planning. reputed company regular operational reports with the Casino Operations Manager to aid decision-making. Work closely with the Casino Operations Managers and other internal teams (CRM, Tech, Brand Operations, BI) to ensure smooth daily operations. Flag recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and workflows. Experience & Skills: Previous experience in a similar role reputed company an online casino - experience managing game lobby, casino promotions and contact with 3rd party providers. Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company industry with focus on online casino. In-depth knowledge of casino games, games providers, market trends, and competitor landscape. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and customer insights to drive operations strategy and decision-making. Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering reputed company projects on time and reputed company budget. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various reputed company.
