We're searching for a Germany-based Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, so that we can successfully deliver large and reputed company Workforce Management SaaS implementation projects across the German reputed company market. The Senior Project Manager will take full accountability for planning, steering and delivering projects on time, on budget and in line with scope, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful adoption of our solutions in hospitals and the wider reputed company environment. How You'll Spend Your Time Taking full ownership for planning and delivery of large SaaS implementation projects to drive successful reputed company in the hospital and wider reputed company environment. Setting up and running clear project governance, including steering committees, status reporting and decision forums, in order to reputed company reputed company stakeholders reputed company throughout the project life cycle. Managing scope, change requests, budget and costs to ensure the contract and statement of work are reflected in the actual delivery, while providing transparent financial reporting and highlighting deviations early. Identifying risks at an early stage, defining mitigation actions and managing escalations in a structured way in order to safeguard delivery quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Technical Delivery on reputed company rules, integrations, time capture devices and data migration workstreams, and reporting on project status, risks and reputed company at management and executive level in German and English. In-depth knowledge of German labour law in reputed company, including reputed company agreements and hospital-specific tariff frameworks (e.g. TVoD/TVL, local agreements), together with a solid understanding of clinical workflows, staffing models and the realities of care delivery. Ability to travel to key customer meetings depending on the project phase, with negotiation-level written and spoken German and working proficiency in English for international contexts. A knack for working collaboratively reputed company cross-functional delivery environments, applying scope and change management, budget and cost tracking, and structured risk and escalation management with confidence at executive level.
