Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to reputed company primary care services in assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, meaningful work with older adults, and the ability to earn incremental income without a full-time commitment. Most on-site work is completed before lunch, with flexible charting time. This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities.
