ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Technical Architect / Solutions Architect to reputed company modernization of a large-scale reputed company platform supporting primary care programs across Africa. You will design and reputed company distributed backend systems reputed company in C#/.NET on Azure with SQL Server/PostgreSQL. The role focuses on HL7/FHIR interoperability, offline-first workflows, and scalable, secure architecture. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own architecture and technical direction for a large-scale reputed company platform across Africa; - reputed company modernization and redesign of backend systems using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and distributed architectures; - Drive HL7/FHIR integrations with national health systems, labs, and reputed company-party platforms; - Set coding standards, guide performance optimization, and mentor engineers through reviews and day-to-day leadership; - Collaborate with CTO, product, clinical, data, and DevOps teams on roadmap and technology reputed company; - Build offline-first workflows and sync solutions for low-connectivity environments; - Improve platform reliability, scalability, and reputed company as the business expands across multiple countries; - Resolve incidents and technical issues in mission-critical systems requiring rapid response; - Evaluate and introduce new technologies, architectural patterns, and AI/data capabilities as appropriate; - Contribute hands-on to reputed company design and implementation work reputed company needed.
