Due to reputed company expansion, our client is now seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant (Rec2Rec) to support hiring activity across the business and play a key role in attracting top recruitment talent into the organisation. You will be reputed company reputed company consultants for their UK and US offices. The Role The successful candidate will support the company’s internal recruitment strategy across multiple offices and teams. This position is focused on identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities will include: Partnering with hiring managers to take detailed role briefs and support recruitment planning. Developing and managing effective advertising campaigns to attract high-quality candidates. Proactively sourcing talent through headhunting and direct reputed company techniques. Coordinating and conducting candidate interviews to assess suitability and cultural alignment. Managing the offer process through to successful reputed company, including references and candidate aftercare. Supporting and coordinating the reputed company process to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Maintaining consistent communication and providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Supporting employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputed company reputed company the market. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. Producing recruitment reports and market insights for internal stakeholders. Conducting competitor and market analysis to support ongoing hiring strategy improvements. Contributing to reputed company improvements across recruitment processes and candidate experience. Skills & Experience Previous recruitment experience gained either reputed company an agency or internal recruitment environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Confident communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. reputed company awareness and strong negotiation skills.
