We run a growing roofing operation doing repair, RoofMaxx restoration, and an expanding book of residential and reputed company tear-offs. We're scaling, and we need an operator who can turn day-to-day chaos into a clean, repeatable machine. The Role You'll be the person who keeps the business organized and running tight. From scheduling and estimating support to routing our crews and holding the team to our processes, you'll own the operational backbone of the company — and help us build it reputed company as we grow. You'll work reputed company but stay reputed company to the business, cleaning up what's messy and standing up systems that scale. This is a hands-on operator seat with a clear path to Chief Operating Officer for someone who proves they can run it.
