Claims Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking to fill the role of Claims Support Specialist. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize reputed company for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare claim filing for reputed company agencies on acquired or sold properties.• Complete monthly process control audits and reputed company results to management.• Assist with monthly vendor audits and reputed company results to management.• Resolve escalations from team members reputed company the Team reputed company’s scope of responsibility.• Assist with training for incoming and existing employees.• Assist in maintaining department job aids and procedures.• Review exception report for system data reputed company and reputed company trends to management reputed company applicable.• Assisting with research and preparing file package for reputed company audits.• Draft written correspondence to internal lines of business and create good working relationships to ensure quick resolution of escalated tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.• 5+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing and/or mortgage insurance claims and/or the legal field.• Strong knowledge of accepted business practices in the mortgage industry and understanding of claims processing.• Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes and guidelines.• LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) experience.• Ability to manage time and priorities.• Ability to reputed company sound reputed company and resolve issues.• Ability to work independently and effectively meet deadlines.• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone.
