Associate Director, Quality Assurance-Home Health/Hospice

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the development, communication, execution, reporting and analysis of quality assurance activities reputed company to operational, contractual, or compliance audit activities. Identify trends and best practices and recommend enhancements to processes or standards to support mitigation of risk and improvement of quality.
