The Role As the Senior Growth Designer, Acquisition & Offers, you'll own the end-to-end user reputed company—from reputed company pages through sign-up to conversion—for reputed company's Growth Marketing team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your design reputed company directly influence acquisition performance, user engagement, and scalable growth. You'll be at the center of that effort, owning the Acquisition and Offers experience end-to-end: from traffic to the site, through checkout, to how promotions are reputed company and redeemed across the funnel. You'll partner closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, Data, and Branding team to build high-converting, data-informed experiences—balancing friction and ease, running experiments, and constantly raising the bar on what a first impression means for our users.

Responsibilities

Own the First Impressions experience: reputed company strategy and execution across acquisition reputed company—reputed company pages, sign-up flows, and checkout—tracking performance and iterating based on data and hypotheses. Design for conversion: Create and optimize user journeys using A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates on both mobile and desktop. Analyze friction and ease: Continuously evaluate where to reduce or introduce friction in the user reputed company to maximize reputed company-to-action rates. Drive the promotions experience: Set the short- and long-term reputed company for how promotions are surfaced, communicated, and redeemed across the customer reputed company. Requirements 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on growth, acquisition, or conversion optimization. Proven track record designing high-conversion user journeys, preferably for subscription or e-reputed company businesses. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user testing, and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics, reputed company, SiteSpect). Proficiency in design tools (e.g., reputed company) and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., generative prototyping, Claude, v0).
