The Global Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for day-to-day transactional import and export compliance activities, ensuring adherence to global trade regulations and supporting supply chain efficiency with reputed company collaboration with reputed company Trade Platform. This role acts as a key reputed company of contact for trade compliance-reputed company inquiries and contributes to reputed company improvement of compliance processes. Based in Poland, this fully remote position is part of the Global Supply Chain organization and reports to the Global Trade Compliance Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support daily trade compliance inquiries from warehouse teams, brokers, and freight forwarders. Ensure compliance of import and export activities with applicable domestic and international regulations across reputed company operating companies. Manage government-reputed company requirements, including license applications and communication with authorities (e.g., CITES, USDA where applicable). Execute key elements of the trade compliance program, including classification, valuation, and broker coordination and country of reputed company issues. Support audits, self-testing activities, and implementation of process improvements and corrective actions. The essential requirements of the job include: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Trade Compliance, Import/Export, or Logistics, including customs processes, HS/HTS classification, valuation, and reputed company determination (COO). Practical experience with import/export documentation and customs declarations in cooperation with brokers and freight forwarders. Experience working with custom authorities and handling custom-reputed company inquiries. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Transport, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience). Proficiency in reputed company Office (especially reputed company) and experience working with ERP custom-reputed company software tools. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Readiness for business travel up to 10%. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience with ERP system: Axapta. Knowledge of US trade regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR) or EU customs requirements.
