SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Newgen Sr System Administrator has primary responsibility to reputed company support for reputed company’s business Newgen application, applicable interfaces, and application programming reputed company (API) connections. This position requires collaboration between IT and the credit and lending business functions to support and enhance their technology platforms. This includes serving as the senior technical resource and SME (Subject Matter Expert) during the discovery, testing, change management, and post-implementation support phases of projects. The Newgen Sr System Administrator will be responsible for mentoring the Newgen System Administrator I and II team members. The individual is responsible for new “business as usual” (BAU) requests, demands, enhancements, software releases, minor and major incidents, change management, process improvement opportunities, long-term projects, as well as other duties to support the Newgen and IT Teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Acts as a Team reputed company and SME for SouthState’s Newgen application, inclusive of reviewing reputed company work items and helping to prioritize and distribute that work to appropriate team members based on reputed company set. Administer, configure, and maintain the Bank’s Newgen application to ensure reputed company performance, reputed company, and reliability for effective business operations. Experience: 6 or more years’ experience configuring and supporting loan origination and documentation systems in a production environment reputed company the banking industry. 3 or more years’ Consumer Lending Operations and/or Consumer Credit experience (consumer reputed company estate, auto/RVs, lines of credit, etc.) 2 or more years’ integrating and supporting applications utilizing APIs Project management experience highly preferred Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Intermediate and Advanced certification preferred (e.g. reputed company reputed company Server Hybrid Administration, reputed company reputed company +, Server+, Tech+) Experience with MS Suite of Applications including Advanced Visio Drawing ability Prior experience with support request systems required (ex. In accordance with Colorado and Virginia law: Pay for this position is anticipated to be between $87,282.00 - $139,425.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.
