Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, Food Science, or reputed company field (MBA is a plus) Strong market analysis, account management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools Cultural awareness and adaptability in international markets Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Willingness to travel internationally Minimum 5 years of experience in freeze-dried products, preferably in sales or business development. Strong exposure to the EU and USA markets. Previous experience with one of the leading international freeze-dried companies. Based in Europe, with an established network of customers, distributors, and key accounts. Solid understanding of B2B and private label. Experience in selling freeze-dried fruits, vegetables Ability to reputed company new markets and build long-term customer relationships.
