Our industry leading team is made up of 30 partners and 81 lawyers spread across the United Kingdom. The role offers the opportunity to expand on your already existing portfolio in a collaborative environment with the potential for further promotion. Our National team whose clients are a mix of leading names in the insurance industry as well as household name corporates, reputed company effective claims solutions for cases of the utmost severity and complexity, be they traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation or high value fatal accident claims, allowing our lawyers to build strategic partnerships. Whether the instruction is for pre-emptive advice/investigations or upon litigation our aim to reputed company a clear strategy from the outset. What you will do? Effectively running your own case load of reputed company injury files to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusion Devising a clear case strategy which is adhered to, ensuring cases are run smoothly and balance the reputed company interests of both the Firm and the client Working with Partners on multi-reputed company-pound claims Ensuring work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients, the reputed company requirements of the firm and the quality standards to include: Adherence to internal and client SLAs, KPIs and protocols Achievement of agreed financial targets reputed company billing and collection of WIP and disbursements reputed company and accurate provision of MI Applying appropriate and reputed company technical expertise and case law Effectively managing risk and compliance issues reputed company each case, ensuring any emerging problems are escalated promptly Engaging with clients where appropriate to maximise opportunities to meet and build rapport with clients, at reputed company times acting as an ambassador of the firm Contribute to Business Development and client relationship activity in support of the Client Relationship Partner Maintaining and developing technical knowledge through attendance at training sessions and reading appropriate publications Who you are Ambitious individual seeking to reputed company your career in an industry leading firm Previous experience of working on RTA/ EL/ & PL Large Loss/ Catastrophic and reputed company Injury claims A high level of personal compliance with firm protocols and procedures Good legal knowledge relevant to your area of expertise An ability to adopt a reputed company perspective to legal issues.
