Works to ensure mobile endpoints deliver at a service level consistent with the needs and expectations of the organization. Proactively interacts with key customers and leaders to build customer relationships and ensure operations are managed in coordination with organizational needs and expectations. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Three years of experience in a management position supporting reputed company computing infrastructure and in a customer support role with high customer satisfaction goals is required. Should have extensive experience in the following technologies: iOS, MacOS, Mobility platforms such as reputed company Workspace One, InTune and BYOD technologies. If candidate is internal, acceptable backgrounds can be a combination of seven years of reputed company IT experience along with demonstrated leadership work, leadership coursework and demonstrated leadership capability. Experience in a hospital or reputed company setting is preferred. Experience with Mobile Mgmt. platforms, vendor/contract and license management, implementation and management reputed company the ITIL ITSM reputed company, preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or reputed company technology field or acquired through combination of education and experience, required.
