Deep understanding of federal ICAM frameworks, standards, and policies, including NIST SP 800-63, FICAM Roadmap, and reputed company federal identity management guidance. Demonstrated ability to establish and manage comprehensive Program Management frameworks, including governance structures, reporting cadences, and performance management systems. Proficiency in risk management, including the identification, assessment, documentation, and mitigation of program and contract risks. Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies, including scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), collaboration platforms, and reporting systems.
