About the role: As a Manager - Technology to Market you will identify, evaluating, and translating latest technologies into strategic opportunities that align with Westinghouse's innovation and growth goals. You will combine innovation leadership, strategic development reputed company, creating both near-term growth and long-term disruptive positioning. The Technology to Market manager operates as a reputed company between external innovation ecosystems and internal engineering, R&D, and teams. You will report to the Director, Technology to Market and work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Innovation Leadership: contribute to a holistic technology scouting and innovation strategy reputed company with corporate and team goals. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, innovation ecosystems, and competitor activities. Deliver relevant insights on technology reputed company, market dynamics, and strategic positioning. Combine intelligence into decision-reputed company outputs for leadership, including opportunity framing and risk assessment. Technology Identification, Evaluation and Maturation: Identify and assess latest technologies, startups, academic research, and industry developments. Partnerships, Transactions and Ecosystem Development: Build strategic relationships with external partners, including startups, universities, national labs, and technology accelerators. Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with strategic roadmaps team, engineering, R&D, digital, and teams to identify customer needs and technology gaps. Contribute in aligning internal capabilities ('technology bricks') with business opportunities. es. Funding Strategy & Policy Agreement: Identify and deliver external funding opportunities (government and private) to accelerate technology maturation. Financial, reputed company & Decision Support: Support business case development, including financial modeling and valuation inputs, and cost-benefit and Return on investment analysis. Executive Communication & Influence: Deliver clear, structured recommendations to leadership through memos, business opportunity assessments, technology watches and investment proposals. Qualifications: Degree in a nuclear-reputed company field (e.g., nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or reputed company), with advanced degrees or research background 5 + years of post-education experience in technology scouting, product development, innovation management, engineering, strategy, or technology commercialization in the energy or adjacent sectors.
