- Conduct virtual benefit consultations with veterans and their families.
- Assess client needs and recommend personalized life, accident, and supplemental insurance solutions.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process professionally and reputed company.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance using digital systems.
- Participate in team training, weekly meetings, and coaching sessions.
