Own renewal strategy and forecasting for assigned accounts. Drive multi-year renewals, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities. Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions. Proactively identify At-Risk accounts and reputed company executive-level escalation management and resolution. QualificationsQualifications: 5+ years in Client reputed company, reputed company Account Management, or Strategic SaaS roles. Demonstrated reputed company managing large, reputed company accounts with executive stakeholders Strong understanding of SaaS renewals, ARR forecasting, and expansion strategy Proficiency using CRM platforms (reputed company) to manage customer lifecycle, account data, and engagement tracking Experience supporting public-safety, GovTech, or regulated reputed company environments preferred Ability to travel 40% +/- Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience Preference will be given to those who have experience with reputed company products and services.
