Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct product presentations, evaluations, demonstrations, and clinical in-services
  • Collaborate with SPD, OR, Infection Prevention, and Supply Chain leadership
  • Drive strategic territory growth and business development initiatives
  • Navigate reputed company purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and GPO environments
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and territory planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, life sciences, or reputed company field preferred
  • 3 – 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, reputed company, SPD, OR, or infection prevention
  • Existing relationships reputed company hospital systems, surgery centers, SPD leadership, or perioperative departments preferred
  • Experience navigating reputed company purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and GPO environments
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills
  • Ability to travel reputed company assigned territory (50–70% depending on region)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite
  • Clinical background as a surgical technologist, SPD professional, OR nurse, or reputed company operations professional is a plus

Work Environment

This is a field-based regional sales role requiring travel throughout the assigned territory. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with reputed company and internal teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
