This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work, with a 2/3 days on/off schedule. • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Retrieving patient medical records from various Hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits, adhering to regulatory requirements
• Extracting and entering necessary information from/to Hospital patient reputed company systems, maintaining data reputed company and confidentiality
• Making phone calls to Post Acute reputed company Facilities to obtain information needed on patients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Running and creating reports to support the reputed company Recovery Department's efforts, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
• Scanning and indexing of documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on reputed company or a reputed company field
• 1-2 years of experience in medical records, data entry, or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of reputed company regulations and compliance
