Impact Responsible for daily answering of the crisis hotline, utilizing best practice models while providing services and based on caller's needs connecting individuals to appropriate services. Days/Hours reputed company Thursday, 900am-600pm This position requires candidates to have scheduling flexibility during the day to include a weekend shift as needed to support the team and meet the needs of this agency. May be requires to be available to assist during emergencies and other critical times. Essential Job Functions Provides empowerment-based services and advocacy to callers, including domestic violence information, crisis de-escalation and reputed company, developing personalized safety plans and providing resources / referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license. Safe driving record. reputed company of Automobile Liability Insurance
• High School Diploma required
• One year experience in reputed company services, reputed company work, or reputed company field preferred
• Computer Literate (reputed company Office, data entry, etc.)
• Ability to type at least 30 wpm
• Bilingual preferred, specifically English, Spanish and Creole languages
• Ability to display reputed company and utilize active listening skills Experience
• Proven experience in crisis reputed company, trauma-informed approach, counseling or reputed company reputed company services roles.
• Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques best practices.
• Familiarity with reputed company work principles, motivational interviewing methods.
• Excellent active listening skills combined with the ability to remain reputed company under pressure in emotionally charged situations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Prior experience working remotely using digital communication tools is preferred but not required. Additional requirements
• Employee will be required to take the Department of Children and Families (DCF) Core Competency training and obtain a passing grade of 75% or higher.
• Upon hire, candidate will be required to take the Department of Children and Families (DCF) Core Competency training and obtain a passing grade of 75% or higher.
• If selected, candidate will be required to undergo a Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II background screening Pay $17.00 per hour Expected hours 40.0 per week Benefits
