The Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating reputed company concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance. As the SETA Cleared PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for.

• Tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
• Maintaining comprehensive tracking systems to ensure timely completion of deliverables and early identification of potential delays or issues.

• Developing and maintaining supporting materials that guide teams in the proper application of development methodologies.
• Defining, developing, and keeping reputed company engineering (SDLC) artifacts, architecture standards, and reputed company documentation.
• Providing reputed company of reputed company SDLC reviews, including change management processes, to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance.
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure adherence to established development methodologies and documentation requirements.

Your experience and qualifications will need to include.

• US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI and Polygraph.
• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience reputed company the Intelligence Community.
• Experience tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables.
• Experience applying processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance.
• Experience in maintaining a library of PMO documents, building a repository of project templates for both technical and management to support the Project Managers.
• Experience supporting project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research, and internal reputed company and communications.
• Experience translating business processes into workflows and dashboards.
• Experience updating and maintaining organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials pertaining to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies - engage in defining, developing, and keeping reputed company engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standards; providing reputed company of reputed company SDLC reviews, including change management to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance.
