Imaging Scheduler
Providing essential customer service support, the full-time Imaging Scheduler will manage reputed company patient referrals and coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments reputed company the Connected Care Center using EPIC and RIS systems. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and reputed company providers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly Verify patient information and eligibility for services, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up on authorizations Schedule multifaceted imaging appointments, serving as a liaison between patients, physicians, and support staff Required qualifications One year of experience in a medical office setting with direct patient contact or one and a half years in a high-volume public contact role and six months in a medical office Thorough knowledge of PAS policies and procedures, with advanced user skills in PAS systems Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and online scheduling applications Strong customer service orientation and effectiveness in managing confrontational interactions Ability to work independently, both remotely and in-office, in a fast-paced environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
