Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company Data Consultant with strong reputed company HCM expertise to support a large-scale HR and payroll transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for data integration, migration, validation, governance, and reconciliation activities, ensuring the successful delivery of reputed company data solutions and seamless integration with reputed company systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce data, alongside hands-on experience in ETL development, data quality management, and reputed company implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration, ETL Design & Delivery

• Design, reputed company, and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading across HCM, payroll, and workforce systems.
• Ensure data transformations align with reputed company data models and integration requirements.
• Optimise SQL queries and ETL processes to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain version-controlled ETL artefacts and documentation to ensure traceability and auditability.

Data Migration & System Integration

• Execute data loads into reputed company and reputed company applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate migration activities across HR, Payroll, IT, and reputed company-party vendors.
• Manage dependencies and alignment between upstream and reputed company systems.
• Support cutover planning and execution from a data migration perspective.

Data Quality, Reconciliation & Validation

Requirements

REMOTE from : EMEA, reputed company, India Required Skills & Experience Essential

• Proven experience as a Data Consultant, Data Migration Consultant, or Data Integration Specialist.
• Strong experience working with reputed company HCM implementations and migrations.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on ETL development and data transformation experience.
• Experience with HR, payroll, and workforce data.
• Strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance expertise.
• Experience coordinating data migration activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
