About the Role: As a Recruiter, you will own the talent lifecycle—from sourcing to offer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent across job boards, reputed company media, databases, and professional networks. Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment. Candidate Management: Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions. Coordination & Logistics: Schedule interviews, reputed company reference checks, and facilitate background verifications.
