Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of customer support specialists, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure reputed company
  • Supervising customer support specialists responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers with post-order issues, including returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to optimize team performance
